　　三、行文变化，富有波澜 构成演讲稿波澜的要素很多，有内容，有安排，也有听众的心理特征和认识事物的规律。
　　如果能掌握听众的心理特征和认识事物的规律，恰当地选择材料，安排材料，也能使演讲在 听众心里激起波澜。换句话说，演讲稿要写得有波澜，主要不是*声调的高低，而是内容的有起有伏，有张有弛，有强调，有反复，有比较，有照应。
　　四、语言流畅，深刻风趣 要把演讲者在头脑里构思的一切都写出来或说出来，让人们看得见，听得到，就必须借 助语言这个交流思想的工具。因此，语言运用得好还是差，对写作演讲稿影响极大。要提高 演讲稿的质量，不能不在语言的运用上下一番功夫。 写作演讲稿在语言运用上应注意以下五个问题：
　　(一)要口语化。“上口”、“入耳”这是对演讲语言的基本要求，也就是说演讲的语言 要口语化。 演讲，说出来的是一连串声音，听众听到的也是一连串声音。听众能否听懂，要看演讲 者能否说得好，更要看演讲稿是否写得好。如果演讲稿不“上口”，那么演讲的内容再好， 也不能使听众“入耳”，完全听懂。如在一次公安部门的演讲会上，一个公安战士讲到他在 执行公务中被歹徒打瞎了一只眼睛，歹徒弹冠相庆说这下子他成了“独眼龙”，可是这位战 士伤愈之后又重返第一线工作了。讲到这里，他拍了一下讲台，大声说：“我‘独眼龙’又 回来了!”会场里的听众立即报以热烈的掌声。 演讲稿的“口语”，不是日常的口头语言的复制，而是经过加工提炼的口头语言，要逻 辑严密，语句通顺。由于演讲稿的语言是作者写出来的，受书面语言的束缚较大，因此，就 要冲破这种束缚，使演讲稿的语言口语化。为了做到这一点，写作演讲稿时，应把长句改成 短句，把倒装句必成正装句，把单音词换成双音词，把听不明白的文言词语、成语改换或删 去。演讲稿写完后，要念一念，听一听，看看是不是“上口”、“入耳”，如果不那么“上口”、 “入耳”，就需要进一步修改。
　　(二)要通俗易懂。演讲要让听众听懂。如果使用的语言讲出来谁也听不懂，那么这篇 演讲稿就失去了听众，因而也就失去了演讲的作用、意义和价值。为此，演讲稿的语言要力 求做到通俗易懂。列宁说过：“应当善于用简单明了、群众易懂的语言讲话，应当坚决抛弃 晦涩难懂的术语和外来的字眼，抛弃记得烂熟的、现成的但是群众还不懂的、还不熟悉的口 号、决定和结论”。
　　(三)要生动感人。好的演讲稿，语言一定要生动。如果只是思想内容好，而语言干巴 巴，那就算不上是一篇好的演讲稿。写好演讲稿，只有语言的明白、通俗还不够，还要力求语言生动感人。
　　(四)要准确朴素。准确，是指演讲稿使用的语言能够确切地表现讲述的对象——事物 和道理，揭示它们的本质及其相互关系。作者要做到这一点，首先，要对表达的对象熟悉了 解，认识必须对头;其次，要做到概念明确，判断恰当，用词贴切，句子组织结构合理。朴 素，是指用普普通通的语言，明晰、通畅地表达演讲的思想内容，而不刻意在形式上追求词 藻的华丽。如果过分地追求文辞的华美，就会弄巧成拙，失去朴素美的感染力。
　　　　(五)要控制篇幅。演讲稿不宜过长，要适当控制时间。

The financial crisis is severely affecting our colleges and universities. Currently, tuition costs have risen out of control and even if students can get student loans to attend college, it puts them into the workforce under a pile of debt, essentially subjecting them to economic enslavement for decades. The unfortunate thing is that we trust academia to insure the education of the next generation which will lead us. It is critical, unfortunately the system is rotten to the core with agendas and the very thing they accuse the entrepreneurial capitalists is something they themselves are engaged in and yet, they remain immune to the realities of; mostly due to the hijacking of the system and political influences.

The future of our nation's educational system is at stake, whom will run this nation if we cannot give a viable education to the next generation; a countries strength and power can be wiped out in a single generation if education fails. Yet, academia will not come clean. Capitalism has been working in spite the socialist intervention, but the baggage and debris is about to collapse the roof on its house, so one needs to ask; who is really the intellectual strength of our civilization?

Because from where I am standing, it seems rather silly for anyone to insist that our Universities and Colleges are educating our next generation in an efficient matter, academia is broken and if they cannot even run their own domain, I ask; How can we trust them to tell us how to run our civilization? Think on this; open for suggestions and comments.

  　　首先跟大家分享一个成功的例子吧。一个关于中国阿里巴巴集团董事局主席兼雅虎中国董事长,中国it界教父级人物马云先生的事迹。在**年偶然的一次机会马云去到了美国,然后发现了互联网。所以回来以后叫了24个他的朋友到家里,大家坐在一起,说他准备从大学里辞职,要做一个互联网。两个小时以后大家投票表决,二十三个人反对,一个人支持,因为大家觉得这个东西肯定不靠谱。别去做那个,说他电脑也不懂,而且根本不存在这么个网络。但是经过一个晚上的思考,第二天早上他决定,还是辞职,去实现我自己的梦想。在创业之初,大家都不相信马云,甚至说他是个骗子。当时不太有人相信互联网,也不觉得有这么个互联网会对人类有这么大的贡献。但是马云坚信互联网将改变人类生活的方方面面。因为当时根本没人会相信马云说的话。于是,他就说,比尔盖兹说互联网将改变人类生活的方方面面。经过五六年的打拼,马云终于缔造出了庞大的阿里帝国并成为了无数创业者的偶像和模范。
  　　听过这个故事以后我认为作为一名创业者,首先要给自己一个梦想。很多的年轻人是晚上想想走这路,早上起来走原路,晚上睡觉之前说明天我将干这个事,第二天早上仍旧走自己原来的路线。如果你不去采取行动,不给梦想一个实践的机会,那么,我确定你连机会都没有,成功就别提了。有了一个理想之后,最重要是给自己一个承诺,承诺要把这件事做好。
  　　很多创业者都害怕这个条件不够,那个条件也没有,该怎么办。依我说创业者最重要的是创造条件。只有自己创造出来的条件才是属于你的。如果是机会都成熟的话,一定轮不到我们。所以呢,一般大家都觉得这是个好机会,大家觉得机会成熟的时候,我认为往往不是我们的机会。

  　　我是P10市场营销的学生,很荣幸今天作为学生代表发表这次演讲，首先要感谢学校给了我这个展示自我的平台，感谢各位领导和老师给了我这个实现自己价值的机会。
  　　我有幸参加20xx年大学生管理创业大赛。经历了比赛的大风大浪之后，平静下来总结了整个过程的经验教训，在此谈谈我参加这次比赛的感受和体会。
  　　这次比赛我们的团队幸运的获得了：金银铜三(20xx中队长演讲稿)个奖项。
  　　能够获得大学生管理创业奖，我感到很荣幸，心中除了喜悦，更多的是感动和感激。
  　　我们的老师，在创业项目选定开始，一直到最后创业策划书的反复修改、润色，始终认真负责地给予我深刻而细致地指导，帮助我开拓研究思路，精心点拨、热忱鼓励。对此我非常感谢培训我的老师们，他们把技术无私的教给我们，没有老师们的谆谆教诲和悉心指导，就没有我们团队今天取得的成绩。我要向所有曾经帮助、支持过我们的领导、老师、同学深深鞠上一躬，谢谢你们。
  　　在大赛准备过程中，我们不仅平时牺牲了休息时间，双休日也常常在一起奋战。有时经常整改作品到晚上12点多。我们认真寻找与其他选手间的距离，来弥补自身的不足，我们浴血奋战，我们相互鼓励，我们全力以赴，因为我们明白要想在大赛中取得良好的成绩，必须要不怕苦，不怕累，积极钻研，在掌握好理论知识的基础上，不断地训练，不停修改完善，没有量的积累，就不可能达到质的飞跃。
  　　人们常说，一粒种子，只有深深地植根于沃土，才能生机无限;而一名学生，只有置身拼搏创业的氛围，才能蓬勃向上!在我们学校也不乏那些通过努力而取得成功的同学，所以我有理由相信自己只要自己努力，同样会成为一名出类拔萃的学生。
  　　过去取得的成绩毕竟只能代表过去，今天，新一轮的竞赛将要拉开序幕。
  　　同学们，学校给我们搭建了良好的平台，我们应该珍惜机会，积极参加、刻苦训练、全力以赴赛出优异成绩，为学校争光、添彩。
  　　我希望，我们下一届的参赛的选手，拿出你们不怕苦、不怕累的吃苦精神，磨练自己的意志!
